Well the weekend started off well with a homemade breakfast at Anders’ parents house.  After that we head upto a lake house that belongs to their family. I have to say its one of the most amazing things to see, a lake starting to freeze over.

On the way back home we stopped by a very traditional house. Built like back in the old days. The base of the house are on piles shaped like triangles. This is to stop the rats getting into the food and crops.

We spent thie night chilling out drinking beers and watching Youtube videos. Anders’ brother Mats and his girl friend Christina came over which was cool to hangout and chat.

Day 46

We spent most of Sunday just relaxing. Most shops are closed on Sunday so we went for a bit of a walk with Jacob and stayed for most of the day at Anders’ folks place and ate food all day. A few shops opened at 2pm so we went down and got an HDMI cable for the AppleTV and I also grabbed myself an Appletv as they were 25% cheaper here than at home.

Dinner was great we had home made meatballs, Lingunberries sauce and sauerkraut. Even had the local beer. Matz’s girl friend Christina (hope I spelt it right) gave me a contact for Tromsø so I might have someone local to hangout with when I get there on Thursday.

And Phil, Paul, Caillor, if you are still reading this, I have already asked/put an order in for Reindeer steak/roast/stew.
